This bottle is made from PET: Polyethylene Terephthalate, otherwise known as PET Plastic. It offers high clarity, good chemical resistance, high impact resistance and medium rigidity.

PET is marked with a resin identification code of 1, and is suitable for use with products containing essential oils.

We suggest avoiding the use of PET containers to store products that contain essential oils at a level greater than 5% or fragrance oils greater than 15%. If your oil percentages exceed these respective levels, we suggest using glass instead, and would recommend our range of amber glass bottles.
