Shipping

Mail orders ship from North Vancouver, British Columbia using Canada Post. If you require the shipment to be tracked or accepted only with a signature, please let us know.

Local Orders


Local orders are most frequently delivered emission-free, by electric car.

We can deliver to:

  • North Shore
  • Vancouver
  • Coquitlam
  • Langley
  • Burnaby
  • Squamish
  • Whistler

For other locations, please send an inquiry.

Curbside Pickup


If you live in the area and would like quick curbside pickup, leave a note with your online order and we'll have it ready!

Processing Time


Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If you need your order in a rush, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will always try to notify you of any delays.

Packaging


We reuse packaging materials and boxes where possible.

Approximate regular (non-holiday) delivery times 

  • Vancouver & Lower Mainland: 2-5 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days

  • United States: 7-10 Business days
  • 
International: 10-15 Business days

Returns


We have a 30 day return policy for items that are unopened and unused. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 Beyond the 30 day period we cannot issue any refunds but may offer an exchange or store-credit. Gift cards are exempted from this policy and are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sale Items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
