Now you can grow your own nutrient and antioxidant rich sprouts at home!  Pair a pack (or two) of these sprouting mixes with a wide mouth mason jar and some bean screen sprouting lids and you'll have your own sprout supply.  These seeds will last on the shelf for one year, and longer if stored in the fridge r freezer

Sandwich Booster: 

Red Clover- Vitamins A, B, C, E, & K; rich in minerals and trace elements.

Alfalfa- Rich in vitamins C and B6, riboflavin, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, manganese, protein, thiamin, pantothenic acid, calcium, and iron.

Radish- Great protein source and very good source of vitamins A, B6, C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.

Crunchy Bean Mix: 

Garbanzos (chick peas) - Vitamins A and C Calcium, Iron, Magnesium Amino Acids Protein: 20%

Lentils - An excellent source of folate and manganese, and a good source of thiamin, iron, phosphorus, and copper. Good source of vitamins B & C.
