Strike the included "strike anywhere" matches A N Y W H E R E on the rough ceramic surface of this holder. These matches are specially designed to strike on this surface and regular matches will NOT light if you strike them here!
If you only have regular matches, don't fret! This piece has a standard match striking pad sticker subtly hidden on the underside of the striker (look underneath).
Use soap and water to remove match residue to keep your striker looking...well, striking!
